Experience Star Cooking with Bernhard Diers
Take a plunge into the world of the star chef Bernhard Diers in the kitchen of the gourmet restaurant Zirbelstube. His love of nature, careful handling of the best products, craftsmanship in the manner of the ‘grand cuisine’ as well as his openness to innovation are hallmarks of his culinary thinking and his cooking.
At 10.00 o'clock, Mr. Diers will be awaiting you for breakfast.
Then, the preparations will begin in the Zirbelstuben kitchen. At 13.30 we will surprise you with a small midday refreshment. Then you will prepare the 4-course menu for the evening, which you will enjoy together with Bernhard Diers. You can also take these wonderful recipes home with you.
